Faced with the closing of long time ski resort Homewood, JMA VENTURES is planning the rejuvenation this long time historic ski resort.  If you are in the middle of life your parents probably skied at this resort with its’ gorgeous views of Lake Tahoe and we wouldn’t be surprised if you tagged along as well.   It would be a shame to no longer see this landmark no longer resting in its usual place by the lake.

           The current executive vice president of JMA Ventures, David Tirman, recently unveiled an updated plan for the redevelopment project.  The plan, Tirman says, will create a fresh business model that will attract more skiers to the West Shore resort.

           Currently the resort sees about 300 skiers daily midweek. The plan is to attract 700 skiers during the same time period.
