Much has been written about the Truckee, Lake Tahoe real estate business in the last several years.  It seems that you can get any opinion that suits your particular mind set, since they are all available.

          I think that  it’s just about time to get off of the fear and doom stories and start thinking about the positive aspects of home ownership and how to maintain our investment.
