DONNER LAKE

     The last flakes of winter are gently falling today, melting even before they touch the earth.   Spring has blessed the valley below for months.  The presents there of lush spring rain, flowers, buds, and trees promises to breath new life into the high mountains.  Brown earth replaced white, while springs’ first bulbs  test the cool air beginning the cycle once more.  Spring has begun again in the mountains.
