Feeling the brunt of the recession are the various Truckee developers.  The ability to finance projects has been severely challenged not only with acquiring new funding but, also having existing funding withdrawn. 

Gray’s crossing is one development that has had to stop construction due to lack of financing.  They are applying for a 2 year extension on their project.  They are also petitioning to extend the construction of a proposed roundabout until sometime later.
